What are the possible side effects of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?

Possible side effects include, but are not limited to nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, dizziness, headaches and fatigue.  We have found that most side effects are transient and rarely requires the need to discontinue therapy.  It is important to discuss any concerns with our healthcare provider.
